Respec Question

So as every character levels up to 8 they have skill points automatically placed in the first four skills. If I re spec will I be able to avoid having skill points automatically place in those first 4 skills such as meditate (on warrior)?

Yes all skill points are removed !!

Yes, all skills and all int/dex/str points are reset to allow you to re-allocate.
