I recently brought 75 platiums for $9.99 using my itunes account but did not received the platinums. I checked my itune account and the charge went through. Please get back to me as soon as possible on how you are going to resolve this problem.

email the developers using support[at]spacetimestudios.com, replacing the [at] with @ . Also might want to edit you post to remove your email account, as that could be picked up by spammers, bots and even players trying to hack your account.

Send STS an email at support(at)spacetimestudios.com substitute the (at) for @
Also delete your email form the thread or you might get spam or random e-mails.

Prob just hasn't taken effect yet. If you still don't have it by in a few hours after or by the next day email support for sure.
