Ive run 30times today still no recipe :(

I've run over 250 runs this weekend and have only seen 1 drop....
Ive run 30times today still no recipe :(
You're going to have to run more than that! I've put well over 1000 runs and haven't even looted my first one! Of course, there are those that will loot in their first few runs too.
I'm just providing both extremes.

Never get good item also in Arena. Only get Rein Gem. Just burning pot and ankh there.

As one of the extremely LUCKY people to run, I looted my first recipe after on my 4th ever run. Although the odds are so hard, it is completely on luck. If you are determined to loot a recipe, just keep trying at it if you get fed up, break and continue on later.

Pretty much what happened! It may not be worth much anymore but I'm happy that I was able to finally say that I earned one through hard work.

Maybe...but merching is when you buy for less and sell for more. But with the current price of the recipe I doubt it. Unless of course he had got it for free somewhere :)

I've done about 500 total runs since new arena came out and no recipe.
But then again I've done about 40 runs with the X2 chests and I got a fossil :D so can't complain to much :D

It's just dumb luck or persistence.
I'm usually terribly unlucky and stick to non-luck-based farming like planar tombs, but after being dragged into the arena kicking and screaming by some friends, I ended up looting one after about 10 runs.
A friend of mine ran the event hard all weekend and looted three recipes. Another friend ran it just as hard and got none.
I think everyone has similar stories.
I only wish I had planned on getting a planar pendant. I always craft and sell my ancient planar essences and am paying for it now. :/
