only in CS or from other peeps... dont drops anymore, dropped from toyman @ winterfestival wich was removed some months before.
it cost a lot now thought...

Snowball launchers are from the winter festival Christmas event, now, they're a discontinued item, and can only be found in CS, or being sold by other players. You cant loot one now, but I've heard they're bringing back some exclusive holiday items for the one year anniversary (on the 18th I think? Anniversary was the 3rd, but it's being celebrated on the 18th I think) but I'm not sure if they'll bring back the exclusive campaigns, or just the plat store stuff.
NOTE:
Them bringing back holiday items is NOT confirmed.
