for these types of farming runs do you have to be lvl 15 or are you just looking for lvl 15 items?

Also, are you sure they drop at that level? Idk I've seen 17 and 19 but never 15. Would be epic if they do tho.

They do, I am positive. I've farmed before, and have a lv 15 pink storm strike wand, and jt platinum talon (need iron rock:/) and there are some in cs as well! So you can go check them there if you don't take my word for it;)

Edit:

@Phaiz, yes, everyone in the party must be lv 15 or under so that loot is lv 15. Threat level must also be white (which it always is if you're all lvl 15 and under in wyldwood, well, it should be)
