Forced to go back to Forest Haven for Quests

Hello, all...
I'm a Level 14 Enchantress...I was playing in Ursan Weald/Dark Forest.
I finished a Quest there, and all of a sudden, I'm being given "Hints" that I have to return to Forest Haven and talk to "X" (can't remember the name) in Chapter 11 (the SkellyKrunch quest), or "Wren" in Chapter 10, etc. ...but Wren isn't even *there* anymore! (at least...*I* can't find her!)

None of these "Hints" showed up until I was already a Level 14.

Is there something wrong...or do i have to continue to trudge around in Forest Haven, not getting any XPs, until I manage to complete all of these quests? (I already completed 23/27 Quests in Forest Haven, & 12/13 Quests in Dark Forest.)

Some quests don't appear until you reach a certain level. When you are high enough to go to Dark Forest, Rory sends you to speak with Selene. Likewise when you get high enough level for Balefort Castle, Krowe sends you to talk to Rolfe. So if you went on to DF early, eventually you will see that you are missing a quest, and then you have to go back to FH and talk to Rory.

Anyone have a list of quests for each towne? (and who to get them from) I am stuck in Alien Oasis and can't seem to find the next mission.....
