You only need one point in Resurrect - anything more than one is just a waste. I'd recommend putting the extra in Drain Life or Blessing of Might.

Also, I have zero in Frost Bite because I prefer Ice Storm for AOE combo with Fire Storm, but that depends more on your preference and play style.

Ya, you should start to max out your buffs and your drain life (acts as another heal, and hits huge to a single mob). Choose one ice attack and max it out (leave the other at either 1 or 0). Frostbite is better IMO because it damages and freezes the whole group of mobs, as opposed to Ice which only hits one mob.

Also like addicted said, you should start to max out blessing of Might, vitality, then work on your debuffs. And you should only have 1 for resurrect. But pretty good setup so far!

They look fine, however. Addicted is correct. Only one point in Rev is necessary. Any higher only changes the cool down, which you're better of to invest into buffs. I'd put high storm at one, and frostbite at two. Even at lv 55, I have two in frostbite and two in ice storm. I'd go with:

As you level up, I would invest a point into Blessing of Vitality (I think that's the one set at 5) and drain life.

Just my personal preference. As for gear, you could level up to 39, then buy some of mastery or of Albert ao1 pinks for help:)

is that good for lvl 30 gear? all but the bony fire pin are lvl 30 (i think... hot my phone taken away so I can't check)
