Best low level for event

Sooo the goblin event is upon us and I just wanted some advice from someone that has run this kind of event before.
I'm ganna buy 2 new character slots and was wondering what's the best low lvl to run event.

I can only second this opinion. I have 5lvl rogue (no para, only couple of grands) and it's by far the fastest toon to run events on (if lvl allowed). I made it to dead city easily and although dead city feels a bit like elite, it's still doable on level 5 (!!!). My tombs-speced mage 15 is the second best, and end-game pro parties are never faster than solo on 5 or 15. I have no paras on my event twinks.

whats the best number of low lvl characters to make? i can make two for goblin event as well, i can make more by ursoth if its a good idea :)

i'll make them rogues so they can share equips.

Lv 15 is the best running event

We have always done l15 for events. Lower it is a little too hard and you can level to 15 fast with a friend in wt4.

15 is the haxor level to run events. Lower levels struggle with damage, higher to endgame levels take longer.

Level 10 is my favorite. Been able to solo every event boss (parceleus was hardest) so far. Have a small army of level 10 rogues that share para/eye equip for event portals lol.

Personally I like lvl9.
Please consider that at event you do not need heal etc. just use some pots.
Bosses are weaker ... much weaker than lvl10.
So at least strange for me that a "round level" like lvl10 or lvl15 is the best. One lower than round is better.
