Rogue's best PvP build lv 7 (Agree or disagree?)

After testing many times:
-Shadow piercer : 2 upgrade (health return).
-Combate medic packs : 1-3-4 upgrade.
No usage of aimed since it burns mana faster and deals less damage.

LOL have you ever played lv 7 rogue twink? Or any lv 7 twink? Lv7=low mana even for mages dnt get more than 2.5k mana, rogues usually dnt achieve over 1k mana so why adding a useless skill such aimed on this lv since it doesnt have dmg or crit upgrade. AKA aimed on lv7 equal noob build for rogues lv 7.
