Yep, the all-powerful-mega-OP goblin ring did not return thats a good thing or otherwise low level pvp rog(below level 20) will dominate further. Couple with the right pet say NEKRO then we'd be all crying! Thats a relief!

Honestly the rogue egg band is better for twinks. I've actually stopped using my level 10 rogues goblin ring for the egg band.
