Could these 2 pet cooldown accidentally been swapped lol.

Nil hog cool down is 8 second, while Nightshade cooldown is 22 give or take.

I hear Nilhog poison pool is good in pvp dealing like 3k damage in total and cool down is 8 second giving the DoT immunity of 5 second. Awesome.

No it is remarkably short, and the pool last's just about as long as the CD give or take a sec or two.

It's the one thing that makes this pet awesome. I fear that threads like these are asking STS for a nerf.

From developer statements, I think the 15 second of Nightshade was just a glitch that went unnoticed for a year because of the fact so few had it. Hence the reason why when I created my thread, I asked if this was intentional.

JustG stated they have records on it being 23 seconds, so personally, I believe him. If they locked the other thread, I think it would be unwise to push the matter.

it is deadly, ive knocked off mages and tanks pretty easy....the cd is crazy, i believe the pet is fine in pve, since mobs arent fast nubs. I guess the pet really helps in pulls, maybe i can sorraxs butt faster in solo....

it's literally best for all class with the high happy bonus its given plus a 6% crit it has.

While developer team is at it, developers should also fix Nightshade and Nilbog's glitched bonus 6% crit which they give but do not display in happiness bonus. Samael also presents the same issue, where it grants 12.5% crit instead of the stated 10%. I get that this contradicts with my above statement but it's something that critically devalues other pets like Singe or Maridos. Even without the 6% crit, Nightshade is a very OP pet that I do not regret purchasing.

Lol I'm sure the only thing they are going to Nerf is the AA cool down or skill cool down. It will still be good it just won't be spammed 24/7 in PvP/PvE

Well, the pet Nilbog, if presumably will be nerfed by removing the crit it adds, reducing the damage of its AA and increasing its cooldown will be pretty much useless. Its passive attack hits (in contrast to all other gold tier pets till now) only one target and the debuffs it applies are mediocre at best.

Now you have to wait 20, secs to do another pool when it doesn't hit any mobs, most of the time it lands behind the pig.
Instead of nerfing this pet maybe StS should have dealt with the bigger problem. Making sure people that are gold tier don't land in event with people that are no tier, bronze or silver. I mean come on!!! Every time I pug I get littlehorn which is a complete waste of my energy and time
