Goblin glaive proc in pvp

As far as twink levels go we have been using the same weapons for YEARS. Armor and helm have been changing from tarlok gear to ancient druid sets to the currently used icescale sets. Even amulets and rings have more diversity now with tarlok amulets, eerie amulets, sacred elon, frostbitten rings, etc. finally sts introduces a new weapon for twinks that could potentially be better than the seasons old dws and storm swords, and pure stat wise it is better, and then they make it worse by making the proc not apply to pvp. It wasnt even that strong to begin with so why make it not apply to pvp? Sts pls bring the goblin glaive proc back to pvp.
