Trying to reach support

I made a mistake and forgot to block XP progress.

I want to ask support to delevel my char, but...

I try to log on via FB, it says insecure page.

I try to log via Twitter, it says error (constantly requires email which a repeatedly add)

I try to log via email, credentials wrong.

I try Forgot password, no link comes.

I try to make a new account via email, no link comes.

How on Earth are players supposed to reach SUPPORT if I can't write to support that I can't reach support???
