To craft something do u need the recipe and the materiels to make it?
I am trying to make a achemist heavey cloth armor.

well when ever i crafted i never used recipes... I crafted the fortified mace 'n' armor... donated mace to guild armor-scammed by JackXsparrow

All crafting requires a recipe, but sometimes the recipes are free.
