I tried to do the same but i am a pure tank 7000life/2800armor (elon bulwark) so my damage and dps or not really good and after 10min i just give up haha :)

not matter if your pure tank using shield or a damage tank..
just keep the major payne not to step in green, how? look my screen shots. all green was always at my back or always in me, dont avoid it. just keep attacking him and dont move just follow your skyward+cs or axe what ever ur skill..major payne has a weakness his skill has a pushback so. you must stay in green once he skilled u major payne automatically push backward by his skill once he throws it. just keep in front.. ^__^
