Hello,

I sent a request to customer service to investigate my issue with purchasing platinum.

what's the normal turn around time on the support@spacetimestudios.com members responding to E-Mails?

Original email was sent last night and haven't heard any word as of yet.

To answer your question with normal response times, support qeues hundreds of cases each day and resolves them one by one. Support offices are open Monday-Friday as well, so in the beginning of the week, they are usually slammed with support requests incurred from the weekend. Usual response time will be within 48 hours.

If your issue revolves around not receiving platinum after purchase, please wait up to 24 hours for the order to process and credit you with your platinum.

Ouch lol yeah, I know it will get worked just didn't get one of those automated responses like normal.
