Good Hit, good regen on both, good damage (I'd expect good skill damage because of wand too), and excellent armour.

Have you tried going up against a talon/wing bird and a bow bird?

That's pretty nasty because buffed his dodge would be 65! Not bad at all. The Crits not very good but man, everything else is nice.

The only thing I buffed was Evasion and Mana buff from Alterran Queen^^

Mastermind for mad hit and crit IMO.

Also, evasion gives a 7 armor buff. So he has 165 natural armor.

It's +7 or +8 I think, I've had it do either depending on what I'm wearing.

Yeah, int bird is a nice concept; it can work in dungeons.

But I doubt this build will work well in PVP. Birds just aren't built for it. :)
