So lately I feel like this: I hop on PL play PvP for 5 minutes, I'll get bored and log off. I already did endgame and I have also capped to 77. So my question to everyone is... what now?

I already have a 56 bird, 56 pvp is balanced, but isn't active as endgame. Endgame is all pallies and bears though.And there is like no Ctf which endgame has the most players active.

Try 30-40. I spent a large amount of time there and found it enjoyable, however I heard annoying ppl are going to that level from like 15.
