When was trulle fixed

When was tdm trulle fixed? Last week when i entered pvp his circular red zone didn't do any damage or push me at all. I actually didn't mind it, he has been like that for over a year maybe.

Recently, some time in the last two weeks. Was not included in patch notes. This is how he was meant to be, despite the interesting strategies that this bug allowed for.
