I would like to know where can I drop some Bagman set. Is there some specifics mobs, boss who are with this items?

It isn't a specific boss drops a specific "breed" of loot. It depends on what you want.

Bows drop off heap
Helm drops off gold fever and king and queen (I think)
Leather drops off fever(?)
Talon off goblin
Shield drops of king and queen

If you want the 55 bagman set, its almost easier to buy from CS. Just my preference.

better level until ur 53 and buy the lvl 53 bagman. for lvl 51 bagman u will spend 50k or more.. for lvl 53 i think max 20k for lvl 55 bagman 5k thought..

no. only some lvl 55 pink sets gives a bonus.

It's quite a complicated drop if you want the level 53 or even level 51 version. They drop to a party with members not higher than 53. Correct me if I got the level wrong. Some people makes profit out of farming LvL 51/53 sewer greens and yellows.
