Can someone tell me why on a few of my map areas like AO it say like 39/40 quest complete I've searched and ran every run again lookin for quest and I've done all the daily quest and the number never changes sane with sewers could it be a bug

There are 4 or so quest you cannot do in BS (at Lv 56). I have all of my AO quests in.... not sure which you are missing.

Sewers currently has four quests that are unavailable. No idea when the devs will put them into the game or make them available to everyone.

Check my quest guide in my sig. Some quests are dependent on your level while others require certain quests to be completed first such as for AO3 quests. If you're level 50 then all of the Alien Oasis quests should be available.
