Cool Down Time

Hi guys!! i am wondering what will happen if there is cool down time???

-Pvp will be harder to win
-Boses will be difficult to down(especially sewer bosses)
-Maybe the price of pink equips from sewers will increase??

-Pvp will not necessarily be harder to win because everyone experiences the cool down time, the rounds will just be longer and precise timing required to win.
-this will probably true, and
-if the above happens, than pinks will start to rise, but only a little, cuz the cooldown is only 0.5 seconds from what i hear and the bosses will take overall.. 10-30 more seconds to kill.

Ya this whole global cool down is going to take some getting used to lol. The pinks drop rates in BS better go up b/c of it....haha doubtful tho lol.

Bosses will not neccessarily take longer to kill as the devs mentioned skill damage would most likely be increased to compensate, and mob stats may be adjusted.

no no no, the MOBS stats are decreased.. not players stats increased
