Sts if u can see these message and reply back i wanna say how come i dodnt get my plat offer i did game of war 1 fist time to get 77 plat it told me to upgrade steonghold to 5 so i did but guees what it doesnt work and earlier today i did the offfers to buy it didn't. Give it to me im so mad eight now:mad::mad:

While we feature platinum offers in our games, all free platinum offers are controlled by the respective company offering them.

You can contact Fyber for assistance from the Fyber offers menu in-game. When you load up the list of Fyber offers, you should see a small Support button on the upper right hand side. You can use that to contact them and discuss the offers you have completed.

For NativeX offers, click on the "Need Help" button on the bottom right hand side of the offer list.

That happened to me to bro....but nothing was done about it :(

The offers must be discussed with Fyber, NativeX, and Trialpay respectively. Please rest assured that they will get to you as soon as they can.

here's how to contact Fyber, NativeX, and Trialplay:

Fyber's website is: www.fyber.com (Scroll down, and click Contact Us, a popup will appear, and you send them an email)

NativeX's contactUs website is: https://www.nativex.com/contact/ (be sure to include in your message what offers you did (meaning with screenshots that you've completed the offer))

Trialplay's support email: https://www.trialpay.com/support/contactus/

As Arpluvial has mentioned, she has clearly told that STG does allow free platinum allowance. But these offers are not controlled by them. So you need to contact the individual offer provider. I would recommend to do the following.

1) Contact the offer provider's support team, be sure to have an email registered or so. Here are their links

2) Take a screenshot of those offers.
3) Report your problem
4) Wait patiently till you get a response.
5) Further assistance requests must be done by yourself. Us forumers can only tell what can/will happen.


Either as said, the team will be giving you directions, if you find their support response saying taking a screenshot, then please reply to them saying what your actual problem, usually thats common. Just reply if you find the response useless and not related to your caase, you will need t direct them to your actual problem to they can help.

As of the stronghold quest, i strongly recommend to get a screenshot of it, then when the team member replies, post the screenshot and they will manually credit you the platinum :)
