As far as I've seen, most players are pretty high lvled (50+), so I was wondering whether it was even worth to save greens or even low leveled purps for that matter (19-2x).

Also what are the best places to farm nice items?

Nearly every dungeon has worthy items. Not all the pinks in a dungeon are worthy but they are still good to use. The really rare things now are the lv5 and lv15 recipes that can be farmed in forest haven or a lv10 pink from dark forest OR any lv55 pink PREMIUM equip (fury, raid roach, mega Mage). i would not recomend saving gear that is lvl 30 under. The only reason to use those item are if you twink. Until then, sell your items you cant use (either use your best drops, or buy armor and gear in the CS) and save up all the gold you get from drops. after about lvl 30 gear starts getting expensive and your reserve of gold can help payy for it. Try buying cheap lvl 19 pink (color of name) gear in the Consignment shop in balefort towne. use those until about lvl 30. after that you will have a feel for the game. Btw what lvl gear do you want to farm?
