School Internet Help.

I finally bothered to set up my iPhone/iPad to use the university Internet, using a cisco VPN thing I had to configure.

Question though, I'm able to connect to STS forum and stuff, but not to the game? Is it because it's from an app?

I'd use 3G, but some places just have really bad reception.

I use my iPad at my college as well and I still get the STS forums and the game. It said I had to download some app to but I just keep ignoring it and everything works fine for me lol. So I dunno lol.

Weird. I was expecting it to block STS' website too, but since it's not, I was wondering why the game isn't working.

Is it because of the Cisco VPN I had to configure? It just allows use of Internet browsers?

when u use wifi of ur school the port for PL is to 99% locked. normally is allowed only internet surfing...
have same problem here at work, i coult open port from firewall bcz iam admin but i would risk to loss work :/

Sorry, I'm new to all these VPN Internet configuring stuff, so I'm not sure what I can or can't do.

Guess it's just for Internet browsing then :) at least I get forums!
