Were are the green sparkles for the enchanted wand/bracer?

Somebody care to explain why all crafted sets have new set bonusses EXCEPT for the enchanted wand/bracer set?

I get green sparkles (new crafted set sparkles) with:
* Bear: fortified sword/shield
* Bird: customized/recurve
* Mage: enchanted with ench. gemstone staff

So, why no changes for wand/Bracer? Why does the set look like an uncrafted set when looking purely at the sparkles?

This just looks like an oversight for me, or am I wrong?

Wand does work. Only gemstone wand. None of the other wands work.
