Actually it's for iPad users, double pixels is a cheap and easy way to scale up a game for a bigger screen without remaking the game engine.

It's for people that preferred playing the iphone version double-sized on the ipad, before the universal binary version (for higher framerate). For the rest of us it's just a toy.

Guys lol, 1337 gigs of dedicated memory.... Is about 15 years from now even on a desktop. That isn't a hard drive that's a graphics card.
