How do I get the spoilers

Some people in their sig have those spoilers how do I get those so I can put my names there o.o

MY SIG HAS LOTS OF SIGNATURES, theres some type of button in the advanced section, the one with the chat thingy on the bottom that says SPOI

type this:

[ spoiler=NameOfYourSpoilerHere]
Stuff you want the spoiler to show
[/ spoiler]

but with no spaces between the brackets

replace the stuff in red with whatever you want the spoiler to show when clicked

First.
Go to settings
Edit Signature
In the bottom right of the insert things menu there's a button that says SPOI
Click on it
A box should pop up asking what u want in it
Type it in and click the continue button
DONE
