In doubts about De-Leveling

So is this Option available if you wanna de-Level just one Level or could I go from lvl 41 to lvl 1?
Also,will my pets be de-leveled too?Thanks.

They only de-level one level.

FYI theres no "accidentaly level up" thing in deleved issues. I guarantee they'll deleved u but only 1 time and 1 level.
