At least they should wipe out some arena time. It is painful to see cheaters with goblin elixir and 1000 dmg on pure arena time.

Should be rolled back to last week. Can goblin elix still be used though?

nope, the glitch only starts if you were in a GOBLIN MAP. Else using it in towns doesnt work. JS.
