Hey so much guys here ask for rogue pve builds
1. Aim 5/5 nox5/5 sp2/5(heal up) of 3/5 (heal up and leading dags) and last skill razor shield 3/5 (stun immunity and duration) of 4/5(+20%dodge buff) I use this. Build for lvling i use atm aim nox5/5 sp and razor3/5
2. Build with veil SP3/5 NOX AIM5/5 and shadow veil4/5 no combustion. Decay
3. Slow pve build ( my good friend use it) aim nox 5/5 shadow veil and trap4/5
4. Build with trap very good for planar tomb aim nox 5/5 sp2/5 of 3/5 and trap4/5
5. Most of rogues use 5skill build like aim nox sp trap razor/ aim nox sp veil trap(sp only for boss of speed of farm locks) Hope i helped. :)

I would skip the leading dags on pierce. It's both inefficient to charge that skill, and dangerous to get in the habit, since it can take you into additional danger and pull mobs your party isn't ready for. Better to leave it uncharged and get maximum impact.
Personally for PvE exclusive, I use
Main Stats:
All dex
Passives:
Agility, might, knowledge, crit 5/5
Skills
Aimed 5/5
Nox 5/5
Pierce 2/5 (with heal)
Swap Skills (use the one most appropriate for the map)
Trap 4/5
Veil 4/5
For PvE / PvP combo
I spec only one of the swap skills, remove Strengthened Shot from Nox, and put 5/5 medic instead of the other swap skill.
Note: Some rogues like GoodSyntax don't recommend using heal on pierce for PvE. However, I personally find it can help somewhat in heavier elites.

My pve build, been using it for a while now:
Aimed 5/5
Nox 5/5
Pierce unlock only (used to use 2/5 with heal upgrade but ditched it for traps explode)
Traps 5/5
Veil 4/5 (no explode)
Passives: Dex, Str, Int, Crit - all 5/5
Swap traps and veil depending on the situation. :)

I'm leveling using aim, nox, trap, and razor. This seems to be ok, however I am looking at changing it.
I have been running mostly KT4 or WT4.
Any recommended builds for KT4 and WT4?

Did you? I did not see that. But yes, it is ultimately up to each player what they choose.
Either way, I was just pointing out why it is a poor choice of upgrade - a point better spent elsewhere.

The thread is about PvE builds. Medic packs are not recommendable for PvE :)

My pve builds:
Passives: Knowledge, might, agility, Crit 5/5; Quickness 3/5 (for faster charging/cooldown)
Skill: Aimed, Nox, Trap 5/5, Pierce 2/5
Weapon: Bow
I'm not using veil as my playstyle keep me moving, rarely stay in smoke area.

LOL... Even 1/4 second is important, you know it if you use skill combo!

Quickness increases movement speed, it's not lowering skill cooldowns.

Try it :D... already done some test. I'm seeing charging (cast) and cooldown as one cycle. Already test it with speed elix, mage gale, warr rally. Its just not increase speed movement, also the cycle.

I'll test tomorrow when I'll respec to double check the weekly fixes. It'd be nice if this worked but even in the skill's description it specifies that it's a movement increase. We'll see.

Nice way to get players to waste their respec scrolls. That will only drive price up with greater demand.
It doesn't increase cycling charge to cooldown at all. For 1 thing it only states movement increase and that is only by 5% maxed.
The charge/cooldown cycles are seconds. So, at best it would only speed that up by 5% and that cannot be noticed. To state simply if you need some backround software to give accurate time readouts that aren't obvious without it's not quick enough to make a difference.
Bottom line. even if it did make a 5% quicker skill cycle you as the player would also have to be faster to react. IMO it's not worth the 5 points that are better spent elsewhere.

I have never heard anyone say the quickness passive makes the cd time lower? Did anyone actually test this?

I test it! You test it? It may not quick enough to you to notice, but that's the last skill point i have and I don't need additional skill or using it on other passive (armor or dmg%). Speed also improve defense because we can move faster to avoid mobs. So my decision is to put on quickness!!
FYI, I'm not selling respec scroll because I don't have plat, so Im not gaining any profit here. I'm just putting my assumption on my test.

Get out a stopwatch. People don't believe without actual numbers around here.

I can't do that, the difference maybe below 1/2s, but you can feel it and see it. The test I've done is influence of gale, rally, speed elix on skill cycle without pet.

Pets (and elixirs?) will override the dmg passive.

Im using samael, but never use elixir etc. is passive damage useles ? cause i take 5 point for passive damage.
idk best build for pve rogue.

Damage passive is useless when you use a pet that gives damage. So yes, it's useless with Samael, because Samael's 10% damage override the 5% from passive.

0_o... I almost was convinced of 5% passive quickness allowing skills to cool down faster...
