I agree with saving for expansion but not to pop locks. Already been announced locks being discontinued and the ones that are left will have the same old loot table.

Test servers will go live in late June. So after this !! No fix date yet.

i don't have scorch, but everyone agrees its terrible. i do have lemon and lime, and i can tell you from experience its terrible. bad stats, average AA with a super too long cooldown (45 seconds!). save plats and when expansion comes buy xp kits and sell them, you'll make heaps of gold.

also if you do buy pets for plat you don't get the egg, it goes straight to your stable, so you cant sell or trade it. so make sure if you do want one you buy with the character you want to use it on.

what class are you? there are lots of good cheap pets atm. ethyl and ribbit are must haves for any class and ~10k each.

250 plat, don't buy pet. Buy energy kit when ursoth assault comes, then sell it. Except you are already rich ingame, you can open new locked crates when new expansion comes.

i would suggest u to wait for ursoth event craft new locks
then wait for the week when locks r opened for 8 plats and open ursoths locks

If I were you I'd use that 250 plat and open locks when the 8 plat lock event occurs. Lol if you want to know, I opened 20 locks in the 8plat event and got scorch and mythic helm rogue and mage. Definitely worth the cost mage :)

Both of those are not great. Considering that u can get about 450k gold from that much plat you should consider any of those:
Blinky (incredible pet), Grimm, yowie, breeze. From those 4 blinky and breeze being the best choices.

The goblin event gold tier pet Nilbog is also better than Scorch and LnL
