Does reinforce effekt stack if iam using 4 of them in my gear?

Yes the armor stacks. it can add quite a bit in total if fully gemmed with grand reinforced gems.

I mean if the effekt for example from reinforced blood gem, armor reduction chance and mana damage chance stack if iam using more then one

There are no such effects. There was a plan for those, but those were scratched shortly before the release. All you get from the reinforced gems is main stat and armor.

Yes they remobed the added effects.they said they might add em later but for now stats/armor is all they have.
