As the title says, what's the best build and gear for lvl 11 rogue pvp? Thanks in advance!

You can try aim5/5 sp2/5 heal upgrade and medic 3/5 with extra pack .
Gear ancient set of pot /icescale set of pot . Umbral bow of brutality of dev bow of pot u choose. Ring best mythic eggshell if no enough budget try night ocean ring and haunted ring of will for clash. Amu hmm maybe something with arm like sacred of will. You can also choose eerie of pot /tarlok amu :) hope i helped

If you have around 1300 HP 80-100 damage 600mana 400arm
+ it will be good

Mana~1000 or 960
Armor~460
With maridos pet
