Good idea about slot to watch the clash, but block would still happen if the audience are allowed to join the clash.. More chance and more easier to block.

You dont need to join in game u just click the spectate button.

If your in lobby u can watch and if u can't block but if u don't lick watch button u get kicked from lobby so others can join like a 30 sec wait or u get kicked so people can't block

Sts can makè capacity that can handle the game without lag :)
