Is rare to get a lock crate with out lepre or a lucky exilr

I got this lock in wind more harbor map when I was pvping out of no where all I see is fireworks and I'm like what the heck is that and I see there's a lock crate and told some of friends about that and and I said will the draw u a arcane or mythic egg idk if that locks can be lucky like that???

Open that lock you might get lucky with it or I buy it yes it is quite rare to do that I have gotten 2-3 in my time. And it seems locks you drop without luck have more luck I got maridos from my goblin crate I dropped from event with no reroll.

No. Actually he asked you something more recent than 2 years. The highest price of lock crates was 30-34k during the release of mythic weapons ( season 5 ). September 2013.

A locked crate that drops with no reroll is known as a "pure" crate. These ostensably have much higher odds of getting a valuable item. They are the ones frequently seen listed for 1m gold in the consignment shop.

My first lock ever dropped from the mobs at the first bridge in Windmo(o?)re Harbor. No lepre no lix. I've had maybe 4 or 5 locks drop with no lep no lix in a total of 80k-ish kills across all my characters, so yeah, it's pretty rare!
