Wasted platinum

Does any1 else care that after this new update faces that were worth plat are now worth 5 gold and that u wasted that plat that u could of use for other vanity items or even buying some of the new emotions. Dont get me wrong i like that they made some faceS 5 gold (basically free) but some of us paid with plat its unfair IMO. Its their anyway that u devs can work with us on getting a reinburst or some sort of free credit to buy a another face worth plat? Thx for the great game i am sure u Devs can work with us on this minor problem.

If you have bought a face close to the time of the update, email them at support(at)spacetimestudios.com, they may assist you there and maybe give you a refund.

i did they said no refund because this faces for 5 gold will be limited and not permanent ;(

If you purchased anything that has a new reduced price 2 weeks apart from the change, they reimburse you with plat. It was the same case with my birds cardinal face (payed like 15 plat, then changed to 5) I didn't get a refund but I was fine. Now it's free. Still no complaints. As a matter of fact, I'm gonna go get me some plat right now :p

Apply to only one character, whichever one you bought it on

I got it for one bought the crow face and now any1 can buy it for 5 gold.
