sometimes my charged veil doesn't work

it doesn't happen to any other skill, just veil. the skill goes onto cooldown but there is no veil- has anyone else found this?

Yeah sometimes this happens with veil and clock (for sorcs). If you're spamming skills it might not always register.

I noticed this too, I'm not sure if it's a factor, but at the time it was very laggy

also a question re: health bars on clock, veil and traps- does this mean we attack them? it's hard to tell with lots of mobs milling around lol

You can give them a second after casting before throwing next skill or tapping auto attack. And the HP bars that show up are a glitch that's returned; no, you don't have to attack them.
