The item you tried to buy is no longer available

Hello,

As I was attempting to update to v1.7, I repeatedly got a message from the apple APP store that "the item you tried to buy is no longer available".

I run it from an iPad.

Tried shutting off iPad and restarting .. didn't work.

Tried deleting app and re-loading .. same message, only now I have no version to update .. Just won't let me download the app at all.

Please help.

The newest version is 1.7.1, not 1.7, so maybe that's why?

Same problem with my iPhone (3G), too .....

Yea, the app store from iPhone shows v1.7.1 but for some reason, I can't activate the '+Free' button to select it to be installed ... Not greyed out or anything, just can't activate the button ... very odd.
