I have a jailbroken device as well... no problems for me at all and I didnt have to do anything

Just revert it back through iTunes and then redo the whole jailbreak process again after you've made a purchase.

Lol either follow my advice and un-jailbreak it, or follow mystics link. It's simple just read through it and follow the steps

You should be able to un-jailbreak it by connecting your phone to iTunes through your computer, view it in iTunes, and then click to restore. There is a ton of information on how to do this and other methods on the internet. They're just a google search away.

They can't fix this. It's beyond their control. In-app purchases use iTunes on the iPhone. They can't control that.

Christina, you can buy platinum directly from the PL website (https://auth.pocketlegends.com/WebStore/store.jsp).

The only bad thing is, you cannot use your iTunes balance to pay for it.
