is anyone expierencing troubles with iTunes?

My itunes wont let me on the site, download or update apps.
I deleted pl to reinstall and it has been "waiting" for almost 2days now????

And no other apps are updating or downloading? Try tapping on the icon multiple times, if that fails, try restarting.

Have you tried connecting to iTunes? I've had this same problem, but if I clicked the app multiple times, it'd fix it.

on my computer it wont let me on itunes coz i deleted it to reinstall
