really? yeah you will definitely make a difference. look no likes likes the GCD ok, but sts is doing this for a reason. first off the main reason for sts is FOR BETTER SERVER-CLIENT PERFORMANCE! not for any pvp, or pve reasons. second i honestly believe that sts put this out because of what they are planning on doing in the future, so if they need better performance from the game, they probably have an excellent reason for it ( just imagine what they can do in the new dungeons now). so they did it now so people could get used to it before hand.

so really dude, you aren't helping the problem at all. and i will still give PL 5 stars, because its still a great game! how can people honestly go from saying "this game rocks!" to "wow this is worthless to me" just because of the GCD?

I think there should be a smoother way to implement these things lol, from 4 star to 3 pretty fast, and might keep falling.

Ah well, as new players come in and grow up with gsc scores will come back up.

Ratings are only "per build", so when the patch comes out, there will be a new set of ratings. These ratings will be nothing more than a bump in the road.

I saw this in town too. I got so mad, I left that town.

I made sure to correct him. Said hat GSC was for the best due to it stopping multitouch and making pvp work.
He then compared it to autoattack... Said if we can't use all skills, why auto attack? Makes no sense!

I proceeded to batter him with my logic. Autoattack: constant damage determined by gear. Skills: abilities made to tactically take down enemies faster. Nothing to do with each other.

Bam.

Uggg, I don't know who are the kids or adults!!! client server, network and terms such as WTF and the sorts!!!! Cmon folks, don't expect kids to have a real view on development and IT standards vs bad mannered language problems.... What I can say is that all this negative or non productive discussion about what the game rates or is could have been avoided by a QA process. Teams from the GOA or oldies like myself could have proven or tested this stuff out first before rolling to the masses thus removing some of the rhetoric.....

Even in the dot.com and large companies, we always staged before rolling to production...

Many (including me) aren't particularly fond of GCD. Unfortunately the extreme positions of some played like this hurt PL. GCD has caused many players to quit along with those who destroy the Game's reputation
