If your tablet is a Windows tablet (example: MicroSoft Surface Tablet), you might be able to play via Chrome browser

You can play on iDevices by downloading the app "Always on Pc".

Well... old rs seems to be popular these days people don't care about the graphics and they obviously keep away from new RS because of obviously the EoC. I dunno if I should play, I recommend something like 2012 rs since the graphics are better and EoC wasn't around yet and let's not forget the dungeoneering skill they introduced, made the reputation and population of RS at its peak (well the population got higher).
