Before 5 months I started buying plats in AL
90% of the times I wanna buy plats it fails
And before 4 days Mrspeaceful money has been paid and token from bank and we didn't take plats ..
We sending emails every time to sts support and iTunes support
Please sts support don't say we can't do anything cuz this is ur game not iTunes game
Today I'm trying to buy plats and it failed too
Every time I put money in my visa I keep trying everyday to buy plats
And always a random try after one week success
Please sts support help this problem is just worse more than any bug
