u cant turn a 51 item in a 55 item. u can only craft a 55 item to a custom item

Yup. In the recipe, it particularly asks for a 55 item to craft.

Reason why 51 items are expensive is because those who just start out BS (alts maybe) would want those pinks to make it easier.

personally i wouldnt buy 51 pinks at 3x prices of a 55 just to play some days to reach 55... but everyone thinks diff and i like to farm 51 :)
