Why am I banned forever?!?!??! I havnt done anything wrong, I havnt even hardly been on the past week. Could the devs make a mistake?

Support(at)spacetimestudios.com, replace the (at) with a @.
Email them there, they will tell you why you've been banned. They don't discuss it here.

ya thats what happened to me but for me its 5 days lol from something that happened on april 7th i got banned for it on wednsday :/

i already emailed them b4 the post. i was right on that;) they replied and said that it was a collateral ban, then they locked my device to my account and unbanned my device. thx spacetimestudios!
