Assembling CTF 3v3 or 5v5 team

so as the title states and putting together a capture the flag team, either 3 v 3 or 5 v 5, people to train with. Myself 55s Fulll dex , I have a 55 Pallys friend Theokales whos up. about to hit my 100 capture the flag..also I seen no CTF guides- which I plan to rectify soon.
