PL Slow?

I would like some help with PL, Its really slow and I deleted most of my apps and its still a little slow. Its jailbroken too btw, idk whats causing it so, any help would be great!

2. Is ur phone warm ?

This two things is causing me lot of problems..

Internet, not so much, but my ipod being warm, Yes. When its hooked up to the charger the charger end is very warm.

Don't play when its charging ;-) that caused me lot of problems :-)
