Got hit by mobs in misty grotto and was knocked back into a corner. After that I could no longer move with the joystick icon. I could tap my dagger, but then I was immediately stuck in the new spot.

Click on ur top left icon and then on avatar and then go out again see if that helps

Sometimes the joystick will get stuck in a certain direction, and clicking into and out of another screen will work, but that didn't work this time for some reason.
I just ended up quitting game since I was just trying the map out. Hasn't happened again since, so assuming it was a random fluke.
