He guys..if anyone know the steps on how I can contact sts support ....I really need to re-egg my pet...he has no Xp ...sccidently open.....need help

Contact sts support via email and request a re egg for that particular pet. Quite painless actually, I've done it twice.

As soon as they see your request, they'll do it straight away. :)
I usually get a reply within a day.

Well i had one positive and one negative experience concerning reegging, first pet was hazel i wanted to reegg bought him in auction and wanted to reegg and they said no cause special pet, but scorn they let me, the thing is you dont know which will be reegged and which not
